Deactivation
To reinstall your product on a different computer or operating system you must deactivate the Registration Key you purchased and registered online with us. Option #1: Login on the left and use the Registration Manager to deactivate your Registration Key, or Option #2: Use the form below to deactivate your Registration Key. Once this form is completed an e-mail will be sent with further information on deactivation confirmation.
What if I do not have access to the original e-mail account? Submit a ticket and request manual deactivation of your Registration Key. Include the original invoice/sales receipt/credit card statement, date of purchase and e-mail address you originally used for registration as well as your new e-mail address. Manual deactivation takes 2-3 business days.
