I don't think it's possible as Netmeeting uses a dynamic range of ports.

I can run NetMeeting with LAN Suite 2003, but I've only tried it within my LAN. Also, I don't use LS for DHCP.

I've static IP no DHCP, but how can i configure NetMeeting option?

Just so that I understand your question, what is it you are trying to do? When I say that I can use NetMeeting, I simply mean that I use it to control the desktop of other computers on my LAN, including the server that is running 602Pro Lan Suite 2003 -- i.e., like PCAnywhere or Citrix Metaframe. Beyond that, I can't help.
