I get the follow error when printing via citrix: "An error has occurred and printing has failed." The error happens regardless if its a user or admin logged directly into the server. The program worked when first installed a month ago but stopped working sometime between then and now. Any suggestions?

You probably need to reinstall. Uninstall the application then follow the instructions here http://support.software602.com/kb/view.aspx?articleID=1056 and then reinstall.

When reinstalling should I install using change user /install? This is a citrix environment.

You should install it as an administrator, following the instructions in the Citrix guide (check knowledge base)
