In Groupware, the group is EVERYONE. So if you wanted to send an email to all of your users, send the email to everyone@yourcompany.com

Thanks for your reply.
I had tested by everyone@mycompany.com tried to send to everybody, however, system reply: no such user here.

Check out the response I provided on your other topic. You can't send it to groupname@thedefaultdomain.tld. You have to set up a distribution list.

simplest way I know is to add alias "allstaff@yourcompany.com" to each user.
