Has anyone tried merging documents with the new version released April 19 2007. I tried and it is just overwriting the current file, not merging.

Yes, the same is here: if I after automatic merging disable this feature, it will simple overwrite the file regardless of my choise.

I am having the same difficulty.
I was wondering if the merge only works after you register your copy of Print2PDF?

They have released a newer version that seems to work now
