I keep getting the following error when I try to send a fax via e-mail it works ok using the client. I am trying to do this via web mail with word attachment.

5:43:55 PM FAX: [0] Error converting message to fax format.
5:43:55 PM Fax conversion error (txt:Creating OLE object error. (2804)).

I am getting the same error, except it is for just a plain txt message.
here is a cut and paste of the email notice
For: xxxxxxxxxx@fax

Disabled, because it could not be sent.
Error converting message to fax format.
Fax conversion error (txt:Creating OLE object error. (2804)
The kb article mentioned above says to try to use mailto fax instead, but that is what I am using. The messages contains nothing more than a single line of text that says "testing mail to fax".
The server has no extra software on it, no office software.
