Everytime I start up my 602PC Suite I receive a warning 'Do you want to run this file'. When I click on run I receive another comment that reads 'An older or same version exists on you computer, do you want to update.' If I hit no, the program quits, if I hit yes, it looks like it is upgrading, after a restart it runs fine, then this whole process begins again the next time I use the program.
What could be the issue here, and why am I receiving hangups (unresponsive times) that require me to reboot the system?

What are you clicking on exactly to get that? It sounds like it's copying files or installing something which isn't necessary once you've installed the software.
