Your solution doesn't work.
I have the same problem on win2k PC e winXp PC. But on Win98 e one XP I haven't problems.
If I check "MAPI" on send fax program when I try to send a fax the 602fax printer icon becomes GREY and nothing happend.
Why I didn't have the same problem on all PC, some pc works and some does not?
Second problem: I receive 20 fax for day and sometime I have the problem receving fax. 602 Lan suite say "Fax calling....reception interrupted". If the same number call on hour hold Fax all works. What is the problem?

Hello,
when I use 602 send Fax I can't deselect Automatic generation of e-mail address from fax number. so I can't send fax from my PC. Why?
I want send fax by telephone number and not by email. Can somebody help me?

Change the {"windows address book") option that's shown on the sendfax client back to the "MAPI" option.

1. what's different between the pcs that work and the pcs that don't? Software, anti-virus protection, etc--what's the difference?
