My computer crashed and I lost all my files. Now I need to reinstall 602PC Suite. Please tell me how do I do this. I have my license ID and purchased this suite in July, 2005.

There's a install guide on the Pc Suite help page. That might go a long way in helping you install the software.

I printed out the installation guide found in the document section of the support site and am downloading the program now. I am reinstalling the program as if this were my first installation and hope this is what I needed to do. If you have other information or suggestions, I would be very grateful to receive them.
