How can I alphabetize a list of 317 names on a spreadsheet?

Hi there,
I think the Sort routine should work for you
1.) Select the list (or select the entire column (or columns if you have first/last names in separate cells).
2.) Select the Data Menu, then the Sort option. This will pop up the Sort dialog.
3.) In the Sort dialog: Select the column to sort in the "Sort By" option. If you need to sort a second column, select it in the "Then By" option. You can also choose whether to sort it Ascending or Descending.
