Would be greatly useful the possibility to have or to create a rule that automatically put Downloaded POP3 messages in a folder, or archive them.

That would be handled on the client side with client-side mail rules. Check your documentation that came with your mail client to see if this is possible with your mail client. I do know that Mozilla Thunderbird, outlook, and outlook express all support this.

Yes I Know, but to keep messages stored on the serverm, and avoid a double download, from roaming accounts, an archiving POP3 agent is interesting
