Frequently my client pcs receive "Access denied by IP Filter" errors and the LS2004 must be restarted in order to get it working. When LS2004 is stopped we receive a Debug and Memory error. I noticed that Norton Antivirus CE was scanning the Lansuite Directory - Should this be excluded from Virus Scans / Realtime Protection? Thanks.

That error means that the IP address is changing on your client workstations or there's an IP filter blocking requests to LS. I don't know why restarting would make it better, maybe you're getting close to your user limit? Yes, Norton should omit the entire LS folder and child folders under the LS folder.

Thanks Robert, The clients are using DHCP and there are only 4 users on the system. Have you seen these Debug errors when shutting down LanSuite? I have seen this on 3 different installations...
