Can 602Lan suite 2004 support pdf and tif as attachment for sending fax?

PDF, no. I don't think Adobe distributes an OLE for their PDF formats. TIF is supported natively, I believe--at least on my boxes... I run a pretty standard Windows 2000 Professional setup for my clients. Occasionally I run it on XP or 2003 if the client wants.
OLEs are provided by the program that would be used to view it. So if you don't see an OLE under the fax tab, hit detect to see if maybe it just didn't pick it up, and if it's still not there, you'll just need to find an OLE for the file you want to use.

Hi,
I click on the fax tab, I can see the OLE support file format. However, I can't see pdf and tif. Does it mean it I can't send the attachment by fax under these two format? As you said TIF is supported natively, why I can't send fax? Can I do anything in order to send TIF format?
