| BitDefender not detecting viruses |

I have BitDefender installed on the Mail Server and Norton Internet Security 2004 installed on the workstations. Both are set to check for updates daily, but only NIS2004 seems to be detecting the viruses are there any additional ways of improving detection by BitDefender, as currently its not helping

Are you sure you've got the latest updates? I've been getting 2 or 3 updates a day and it's blocking about 150 viruses a day or so. Not a one has gotten through on any of the machines I manage.
What virus does it say is getting through? are you sure Norton isn't giving you a false positive?

What is the virus that is getting through? Or are all viruses getting through?
