This really doesn't have anything to do with LAN Suite, as I assume you are using some sort of third party dialer software. Why not install something like VNC to access the server across the network? ...

You'll have to use mapped links to do this. They did a tip and trick about this a while back, but used VNC. You'd just need to change the ports, but the concept is the same.

I've heard of this service, but I don't use it myself. VNC works fine for me...I would imagine you'll have to turn off the Web and SSL server. that's on the WWW tab.
