Make sure there are no "Print2PDF" or "602PRINT PACK" or "602PRO PRINT PACK" programs listed in your add/remove programs. If there are, try to uninstall them, then try to reinstall.

Development on 2004 version ended more then year ago. My suggestion is to uninstall Microsoft patch or upgrade 602LAN SUITE to the current version.

You probably need to reinstall. Uninstall the application then follow the instructions here http://support.software602.com/kb/view.aspx?articleID=1056 and then reinstall.

I've probably installed GW 50 times for clients and I've never had this problem. I suggest an uninstall and reinstall, that might fix the issue.

Usually, I am able to uninstall it from add/remove programs. You can also try to find "Printers and Faxes" in win XP and delete the printer from there.

This appears to be resolved. I was prepared to do a radical uninstall and re-install, but I first tried the following:
