You probably did not create an ssl certificate. Either disable all SSL compatibility or create a certificate.
Lan Suite should create the certificate for you.

In the 'SMTP servers" section, where you enter "ISP's SMTP server: ", end the URL name with ":465"
Example: "smtp.isp.com:465"
