Have you checked your logs? I had the same issue, but rebooting still works for me. We just had an awful couple of days.

Problem is probably in your SMTP settings. Be sure, that you still have valid domain name here and do not have a checkmark on "Block if sender e-mail domain is not found in DNS'. No need to roll back ...

Just upgraded to 5.0. Unable to send mail. Getting This message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. server response 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for (Address)

I looks good but after I migrated the files from 2004
