Have the same problem, you most likely have multiple registry keys for the Print2PDF Word Add-in. There's a utility called Officeins that you can use to disable the extra registry keys and this takes ...

Be sure, that prnpack.exe TSR is running in the memory. If not then restart your system and it should load automatically. This is required for application to be able to access Print2PDF printer.

Probably caused by a damaged installation. I suggest you try reinstalling Print2PDF.
