Groupware LNS wont start (Groupware Server 6.0)

Hi,
I'm trying to install groupware on a server 2008R2 box.
I get a warning when installing that there is another service using the LDAP ports but it installs anyway.

Check the log file to see what's hanging up, it should be the last line. Could be a port conflict (eg: LDAP vs ActiveDirectory). Log file is in c:\Program Files\Software602\602LAN SUITE 5 Groupware\ f...

I think the LDAP server leaks memory over time, does your system respond better right after a reboot? I too am trying to solve a really slow server and have been kicking around reinstalling ls5.0

In Lansuite 2004 I was able to set up LDAP with a search base of c=us. This worked fine. In Groupware, it requires a Base suffix of dc=localhost or some other dc value.

I believe you will have to do a LDAP setup. Download the manual: http://download.software602.com/pdf/lns/2004/ls2004_manual.pdf
The LDAP setup starts on page 58.
