Software602 Support department still exists and we communicate with you via e-mail since 23th May. Is there any other problem?

Make sure this is the case when clicking an e-mail link, for example, and not just set up in the Windows default programs.

Problem is it's a spam message but likely the domain no longer exists. It's an image in the e-mail, so if the domain doesn't exist or the image link is invalid, the mail will appear "blank".
