Is there a way to get the Bayesian filter threshold % below 90%? I change it from the default 90% and it returns to 90 after I hit save. Does there have to be a certain # of learned spam before you ...

If header is empty, your bayesian is not working. Check the seetings, or try new 5.0 version. It has better anstispam options on SMTP settigns.

It goes directly to the bayesian filter and trains the messages as spam (sending it to junk) or ham (sending it to notjunk)

I tried it on my system with single core 2GHz machine and it took about 1 minute 30 seconds to classify 30 messages as junk. Of course it may also depends on how long the messages are, mine were short...

First, make sure that the Bayesian Filter is turned on.
