Topic is Open I marked some junk mail and 602 did not move it to the junk folder, it gave this error: The following error occurred: System.ArgumentException: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: Knut@phelpso.org Key being added: Knut@phelpso.org at System.Collections.SortedList.Add(Object key, Object value) at Software602.Groupware.GWConfigMail.get_AntiSpam_SortedWhiteList() at Software602.Groupware.... Now I cannot even access the anti-spam options in my settings screen. Exception error

Topic is Open HI, I am new to this product though I need to upgrade from 602 2003 to 5.o. I have read the migration instructions and they seem simple and straight forward. As it stats a migration tool will do most of the work. Though I know many things do not run that smoothly most of the time. Are there any issues that I should be aware of? any tips, insight or precautions I should pay closer attention too would be greatly appreciated. Migrating to 5.0 from 602 lansuite 2003

Topic is Open Hi, I installed the demo version on new PC with XP pro, it is a clean installation, and found these bugs: 1) When using fax client, I get PrnPack.exe - Application Error, 0x008d3962 referenced memory at 0x00a93310, the memory could not be read window. 2) After installing outlook connector on a PC with outlook 2003 (win xp pro), and creating a new profile, the Additional server types list is empty. 3) And, a feature request (a thing that bothers me in previous versions). In the List of POP3 mailboxes to check regularly, please add enable/disable to each account. Sometimes I wish do disable pop collecting for specific user, the only way is to delete the record, and then add it again - why? Just and a checkbox enable/disable Fix these bugs, and I will consider to upgrade

Topic is Open By the default, the login page http:\\localhost included Administrator login and User login. To prevent user attempt to break the administrator password, how do I set the default login page as http:\\localhost\grouopware? While user key in the domain name or the ip address, strictly display the client page instead of the main page. Thanks. How to change the default login in page ?

Topic is Open Forgive me to ask such question. After I tried this product, I really don't know why have to create a User Group, such as Finance, Marketing, Production ... etc. After assigned a user as a member of a Group, what benefit can we get? does we can sent a mail to all users those under the specify group for example finance@mycompany.com ? What is the purpose of User Group for ?
